Here at Providence Baptist Fellowship we believe in and have tasted God's provision. One of the most common attributes of God found in Scripture is that God is in control of His creation and provides all that is needed for His creatures. Bible passages such as Psalm 104, Matthew 6:25-34, Romans 8:28, Philippians 2:13, Colossians 1:15-17 (among many, many others) demonstrate God's continuing activity in His creation.

So, what's in the name Providence Baptist Fellowship?

Providence
The root word "provide" is the perfect confession of our dependence upon God's provision for us.

Baptist
In honor of the rich Baptist heritage and theology, and to proclaim our commitment as Southern Baptists for the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission, we proudly identify ourselves as Baptists.

Fellowship
We meet as a family of faith in Jesus Christ and together confess our dependence upon and celebrate our redemption in Him sharing in true biblical fellowship with one another.
