TO Our Community

At Providence we long to see people served and saved for the glory of our great God and King Jesus Christ. So we seek to serve the hurt, the poor, the need, and the broken and see all people come to the knowledge of the truth of the grace of God. As Jesus instructed, we want to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and love our neighbors as our self.

	NOLENSVILLE We are consistently trying to incarnate the love of Jesus into our community. So instead of trying to put on events that “compete” with local community events, we simply want to be a part of what is already going on. So we lend a hand in wide variety of ways; whether that’s parking cars, running a kid’s zone, or any and everything in between. These service opportunities are largely driven by community groups and Sunday Morning Bible Study Classes, but in particular the Nolensville fourth of July celebration, Broken Wheel Festival, and Sunset Fall Festival are emphasized. 	Community Groups: SENT At Providence our community groups gather together for fellowship, community, and prayer but they are also sent out on mission. Where, when, and how is largely determined by each group. There are some groups that do a lot of work with the TN Baptist Children’s Home, other’s that work with adoption agencies, and other’s that serve whenever and however. Plug into one of these groups and be SENT right along with them.
	Bethany Christian Services Manifests the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by protecting and enhancing the lives of children and families through quality social services.
	GRACE PREGNANCY CENTER Providence partners with Grace to support them in their effort to help those struggling with unplanned pregnancies, regret over past abortions, STD’s, and needed lifestyle change.
	ONE less minsitries ONEless is both proactive and reactive to human trafficking. ONEless is proactive by providing adoption grants to aid in the adoption process. An adopted child in a forever family makes the adopted child no longer vulnerable to trafficker once he/she ages out of the orphan system. ONEless is reactive by helping human trafficking victims once rescued by providing direct aid to meet their immediate needs to keep them safe and protected from being re-trafficked. Direct aid can include but is not limited to: food, safe housing, medical aid, counseling, and legal aid.
	Tennessee Baptist Children's Homes The MISSION of the Tennessee Baptist Children's Homes is to minister the love of Jesus Christ to children and families in crisis. The VISION of the Tennessee Baptist Children's Homes is to strive to be a ministry to children and families that leads them to become whole persons in Christ through faith, hope and love.
